When It Comes to Scottish Games, Americans Are Plaid to the Bone

INVERNESS, Scotland, July 23 — Swinging an antique sword wildly above his head as the rain bucketed down Sunday, Gregor Edmunds stood atop the podium, the newly crowned champion of the World Highland Games.
