Don’t let genealogy apples fall

They may not look exactly like soccer moms (or dads), but they’re not that hard to spot either. They’re genealogists. They may be driving a van and they may be wearing tennis shoes, but the resemblance ends there.

You might find one from time to time here at the newspaper office thumbing through old newspaper files, at the public library scrolling through microfilm or at the courthouse looking through old deeds, marriage licenses or other legal documents. It’s all an effort to learn anything they can about a relative. for more click here
