We’re not Welsh

ALMOST half of schoolchildren in Wales do not consider themselves Welsh, official figures out today have shown.

The statistics, part of an Assembly Government census into school life in Wales in 2006, show that 57% of pupils in our schools think of themselves as Welsh, while 27% say their national identity is British. for more click here
