I hope I can sort out some of your problems. In a nutshell – Edmund Pery b.c.1565 in Exeter, Devonshire UK married Richarda Playtr 12 June 1587 and had four children: Edmund b.1590-1599; Captain William Pery (1592-1637);Thomas (b.1595)and Henry (1597). Edmund married 1) Sarah Betts and 2) Susannah Sexten. One of the produce of this second marriage was Colonel Edmund Pery of Stackpole Court, Limerick, Ireland, (d.1721)who married Dympha Stackpole. One of their sons, the Reverend Stackpole Pery, married Jane Twigge in 1716, she being the daughter of William Twigge, the archdeacon of Limerick, and and Diana Jane Wray. Jane and Stackpole had a number of children, including 1)Edmund Sexten, Viscount Pery,(1719-1806) member of member of the Irish House of Commons, and B) William Cecil, Bishop of Limerick, Ardfert and Aghaloe,and Baron Glentworth Of Mallow. William married Jane Walcott (Lady Glentworth), daughter of John Minchin-Walcott and Lady Eleanor Fitzgerald. Their children were Edmund Henry Pery, 1st Earl of Limerick (1758-1844)and Eleanor Pery(1759-1821). Edmund married Mary Alice Ormsby, daughter of Henry Ormsby and Mary Hartstonge in 1783 and they had 11 children, the fourth of whom, Louisa (1798-1852) was my great-great-great grandmother who married Sir Peter Van Notten Pole. Her sister Theodosia married Thomas Spring-Rice Baron Monteagle Of Brandon in 1811. The sister Eleanor married Sir Vere Hunt De Vere, and their son Sir Aubrey De Vere (1788-1846) married Mary Spring-Rice, siter of Thomas (above). One of the brothers, Henry Hartstonge Pery (1789-1834) married Annabella Tenison Edwards in 1808. Of their nine children, William Tenison Henry Pery (2nd Earl Of Limerick, Baron Foxford)1812-1866 married Susannah Sheaffe in Norfolk Island, Australia in 1838.
